FAQ · Real objections, answered plainly

Fair questions. Straight answers.

Every question on this page was asked by a real agency owner on a real call. The model is simple: we spot the events that predict hiring before the job is posted and put you in front of that hiring manager first. But it invites fair scepticism. Here's all of it, answered.

The questions

Asked on calls, answered here.

If yours isn't here, bring it to the thirty minutes. Awkward ones welcome.

Why aren't you recruiters yourselves?

Partners, not competitors. We never place candidates. If we did, we’d be competing with you for the same fee, armed with your own data.

We book you the meetings; your consultants do the recruiting. The split is total and it’s permanent.

You're three times the price of the lead-gen shop. Why?

Because we sell a different thing. They sell activity: domains warmed, messages sent, replies counted. We sell attended meetings with pre-qualified hiring managers: budget, need, fee structure explained, said yes.

Run the maths on your average fee. One placement pays for months. The pricing page shows the working.

Automation looks unprofessional and gets deleted. My reputation matters.

It does, and most automation deserves the delete. Ours works differently: nothing sends without a human approving it, and every message is built from a verified signal and written for one person.

If a signal can’t be re-verified at send time, the message doesn’t go. Your name never rides on a blast.

Will you muddy what my desk specialises in?

No. The model we build is your niche’s structure: the events and roles you actually work. It can’t drift into someone else’s market because it doesn’t know anyone else’s market.

And sector exclusivity means we’re not running your niche for a competitor either. One agency per niche.

AI can't do relationship recruitment.

Agreed. It can’t, and we don’t ask it to. The machine reads the market: who’s buying whom, which events predict which hires, when a page gets read. Humans do the relationships.

We time the call; your consultant makes it. The machine never talks to your market on its own.

What's the guarantee?

Not a gimmick clause. A short leash you hold. No long lock-in. Signal flow is visible to you from week one, meetings from month two, and if the engine isn’t producing, you walk away.

We’d rather earn month thirteen than lock you into month twelve.

How quickly will I see my first meeting?

Honestly: we won’t quote you a median, because we don’t yet have enough completed engagements to publish one that would be honest. Anyone quoting you a precise average on a young service is making it up.

What we will commit to: signal flow visible in week one, meetings from month two. In the one campaign we publish in full, 16 meetings came inside 8 weeks, two a week.

Who is this not for?

If you’re a solo desk under ~£200k with strong inbound, we’ll likely tell you to keep your money, and say so on the call.

It’s also not for anyone who wants volume blasting in their name. We won’t do it, at any price.

Still got one?

No deck. No pitch.

Thirty minutes on your patch and whether the signals exist in your niche. Bring the hard questions.
