Your average fee
Worked example: a desk placing at roughly £20k a fee. Yours will differ. This is the template, not a promise.
No hidden rate card and no fake tiers. This page is the same maths we'd do with you on a call. You're paying for meetings with hiring managers before the job is posted, not for activity in your name.
Average fee, times close rate, gives what a qualified meeting is worth on your desk. Your revenue target then tells us how many you need, and that scope is what you pay for.

Meetings arrive pre-qualified: budget, need, fee structure explained, said yes. Agencies typically close around half of those. Call it ~50%.
Revenue target ÷ (average fee × close rate) = the number of qualified meetings you need this year. That number sets the scope.
On the example numbers, an engagement at the from-price projects at roughly 6.6x return. We run your numbers on the call, in front of you.
A worked example, not a guarantee. The point of the call is to run it with your real numbers and tell you honestly whether the maths works for your desk.
Every engagement starts from £7,500 a month. Three things move it from there.
Both shapes below exist because real clients asked for them. Pick the one that fits how your desk carries risk.
A flat monthly fee for the engine and the meetings it books. Simple to budget, and every placement from it is entirely yours.
A reduced monthly fee with a share on placed fees from meetings we booked. We carry more of the risk; we share more of the win.
Signal flow is visible from week one. Meetings from month two. No long lock-in: if the engine isn’t producing, you walk away.
Sector exclusivity is part of the deal, not an add-on. One agency per niche, full stop.
No three-month discovery phase. The call decides whether the signals exist; the fortnight after maps your niche and starts the build.
Thirty minutes on your patch and whether the signals exist in your niche. No deck, no pitch.
You teach us how hiring actually happens in your niche. We map the events, the roles they predict, and the windows between.
The model goes live against your patch. Signal flow is visible to you from week one of the build.
